Research Engineer/Research Scientist, Personal AGI-Model Experience

Work on OpenAI’s Personal AGI Model Experience team, improving pre-trained models deployed into ChatGPT and the API. Combine reinforcement learning with product-driven research to shape ChatGPT’s behavior across contexts and languages. You’ll own a research agenda, build robust evaluations to track improvements, and design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack while partnering closely with research and product teams.
