Job Summary

Act as the “Digital Engine Room” for the business, bridging digital infrastructure with sales and pricing tools. Support pricing analysis and product-manager readiness with market intelligence, BI dashboard creation, and product database upkeep. Lead Salesforce (SFDC) data hygiene and pricing tools daily operations, while driving automation for technical documentation. Coordinate marketing communications requirements and manage customer template communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform margin and pricing analysis, identify pricing trends, and support product managers with data-driven price points.
•Assist product managers with product launch data gathering, track lifecycle performance, and maintain the product database.
•Create business intelligence dashboards by transforming data from multiple sources (e.g., financial reporting, SFDC, production data).
•Lead Salesforce (SFDC) data hygiene and lead management workflows, track marketing campaigns, and clean up legacy structures.
•Implement and maintain pricing tools and drive automation for recurring tasks, then coordinate marketing communications and customer communication templates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
•0–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, or data-driven Digital Marketing (graduate candidates with relevant internships/academic projects considered).
•Proficiency in data analysis and market research interpretation, including creating BI dashboards and reports.
•Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), lead management, and pricing software; ability to automate manual tasks.
•Ability to translate technical details into clear briefs for third-party creative agencies and strong project management to support product launches and technical documentation.
