Key Responsibilities

•Lead the “discovery-to-scale” pipeline by identifying recurring patterns and handing off validated solutions for enterprise generalization.
•Design and build data integration, storage systems, and infrastructure that enable analytics and AI capabilities.
•Define your own direction within strategic goals while influencing multiple teams to deliver results despite complexity and ambiguity.
•Build and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, handling undocumented schemas and high-volume data reliably.
•Design resilient data systems by defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs and driving post-incident improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with 8–12 years of relevant experience leading and delivering complex data engineering projects with multi-team or business impact.
•Proven expertise designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines across complex enterprise data landscapes, including handling undocumented schemas.
•Deep experience deploying and managing data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and end-to-end CI/CD for data solutions.
•Strong conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling skills, balancing normalization, query performance, and production schema migrations.
•Ability to incorporate AI tools into data engineering workflows, including data validation and evaluation frameworks for AI/ML model deployment and governance.
