Job Summary

The Safety Engineer will join ASML’s EHS team to support incident, compliance, and risk management within manufacturing and related operations. You will apply theoretical knowledge in Safety/Environmental Engineering to execute EHS processes, analyze data, and drive improvements at the Hsinchu location, collaborating with senior EHS experts and internal stakeholders to strengthen EHS culture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Executes existing EHS processes and provides high-quality EHS advice
•Applies technical competence areas (e.g., Laser Safety, Electrical Safety, Radiation, Hazardous Materials) in an operational environment
•Supports EHS data collection and improvements (MOP data, myEHS data completeness, dashboards)
•Enhances EHS culture and communication within the factory/location and supports sector initiatives
•Collaborates with (senior) EHS experts and manages stakeholder communications to drive improvements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering or related discipline; theoretical knowledge required; no/limited experience
•Ability to work in a dynamic operational business environment
•Customer focus (internal or external) and collaborative working style
•Effective communication with stakeholders; open to feedback and constructive criticism
•Drive results to ensure EHS improvements at own location/factory
