Job Summary

Own end-to-end UK & Ireland payroll and benefits for Hermès GB, partnering with Finance and HR to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll via ADP. Analyze data to reveal trends, improve processes, and support benefits administration. This on-site role (Mayfair HQ) is collaborative, detail‑driven, and focused on integrity, with occasional remote work. You’ll shape payroll controls, reporting, and stakeholder communications to strengthen our people experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Owning the full monthly payroll cycle for UK and Ireland via ADP, with care, accuracy and calm.
•Processing payroll inputs (starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, time & attendance and statutory payments).
•Reconciling payroll outputs, spotting discrepancies and resolving them thoughtfully.
•Producing monthly and year-end payroll reporting for Finance and supporting HMRC interactions.
•Managing UK benefits administration (pensions, life assurance, private medical, wellbeing) and communicating benefits clearly to employees.

Key Requirements

•Experience owning and executing UK payroll and benefits (Ireland experience a plus).
•Comfortable with payroll legislation, pensions and statutory requirements.
•A natural problem-solver with a love for accuracy and detail.
•Advanced Excel user with a love of large data sets.
•Analytical mindset able to identify trends and provide thoughtful recommendations.
