Key Responsibilities

•Advanced Electrical Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic faults including CAN bus systems, body control modules, infotainment systems, and powertrain electronics.
•EV & Hybrid Systems: Diagnose, service, and repair HV systems, batteries, inverters, motors, HV wiring, and ensure proper handling and calibration tooling.
•Quality, Safety & Compliance: Follow high-voltage safety procedures, document steps in DMS and warranty portals, and ensure OEM standards.
•Technical Support & Team Development: Provide technical support to technicians, escalate where needed, and share knowledge with the workshop team.
•ADAS and ECU programming: Perform ECU flashing, software updates, ADAS calibration, sensor alignment, and immobilizer programming as required.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
•OEM certifications in electrical diagnostics, EV systems, or high-voltage safety are highly preferred.
•Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong specialization in electrical and electronic systems.
•Proven experience handling complex diagnostics, ECU programming, and advanced electronic fault resolution.
•Hands-on experience with EV, hybrid, or plug-in hybrid vehicles is strongly preferred.
