Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as subject matter expert for Corporate Communications technology platforms including intranet/internet, CMS, email marketing/campaign management, event management, and employee engagement tools.
  • •Lead analysis of complex business needs, processes, data, and systems to define solution strategies that improve efficiency, reliability, and outcomes.
  • •Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success measures for Workplace technology products and services.
  • •Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables such as process models, user stories, technical/functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
  • •Oversee delivery: lead planning and decision sessions, manage product backlogs, guide development lifecycle activities, and manage third-party providers through testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, data and analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years supporting Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace, or Marketing Technology solutions (including intranet/internet, CMS, email marketing/campaign automation, event management, employee engagement, digital asset management).
  • •5+ years of product or project management experience gathering requirements, writing product/technical specifications, and managing roadmaps and deliverables.
  • •5+ years of direct stakeholder engagement experience, working across cross-functional development/engineering teams and third-party vendors.
  • •Experience with Agile and with Jira (or similar) to scope work, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and track feature progress.
