Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP.
  • •Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation/review of financial statements.
  • •Ensure timely month-end reporting, maintain the monthly close calendar, and coordinate activities across global teams.
  • •Manage SOX compliance and internal controls, including remediation planning and partnership with auditors during reviews and audits.
  • •Lead and develop a global team of five accounting professionals and drive process improvements using technology and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive accounting experience and at least 5 years at a Big 4 accounting firm at Manager level or above.
  • •Experience in a publicly traded company environment with deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • •Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
  • •Expert knowledge of accounting principles and technical accounting matters, including public company reporting.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CPA license (required).
