Key Responsibilities

•Shape product direction by owning the customer insight and product satisfaction strategy for the programme or category and translating VOC data, user research, and market insights into clear product direction.
•Define and influence product performance by translating insight into product requirements and performance targets, balancing user needs with engineering constraints.
•Lead product validation through designing and leading user trials, validation activities, and testing strategies to ensure readiness.
•Drive cross-functional alignment by acting as the voice of the customer across Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams and presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.
•Raise the bar by defining best practices for insight generation, experimentation, and storytelling, and mentoring others to build capability across teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product insights, user research or customer insights, with a track record of translating data into product decisions.
•Experience with product analytics or data‑driven decision making.
•Experience in systems engineering, validation engineering, or quality engineering.
•Experience working in product development environments (consumer products, technology, hardware, etc.).
•Excellent communication and storytelling with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
