Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately design and manage order management for customer-requested gas and electric services, including upgrades, relocates, and other new business cases while planning and tracking.
  • •Review CAD drawings and prepare permits, easements, and other documents for gas and electric new business designs.
  • •Assess customer requirements to recommend products and solutions, encouraging conversion from alternate fuels to natural gas.
  • •Manage customer needs from initial requirements through final delivery of gas and electric utilities.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service in-person, by telephone, and electronically, including assisting restoration efforts during power outages.

Salary: USD 62,000 - 86,800 annually

Key Requirements
