Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of commercial roles, from workforce planning and search strategy through assessment, offer, and onboarding.
  • •Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners as a trusted advisor on talent availability, market dynamics, sourcing strategy, and hiring decisions.
  • •Develop and execute international sourcing strategies, building proactive pipelines for critical and recurring talent requirements.
  • •Use AI-enabled sourcing platforms and recruitment technology to identify and engage high-quality passive talent.
  • •Ensure consistent candidate assessment using Etihad’s recruitment and assessment methodologies and champion a transparent candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a large, international organization.
  • •Experience recruiting in complex, matrixed environments while partnering with stakeholders across functions, countries, and seniority levels.
  • •Proven international recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple geographic markets.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or other emerging recruitment technologies.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience managing complex or challenging searches in competitive talent markets.
