Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and execute the order book to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
  • •Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment, including allocation, phasing, and redating.
  • •Track and prioritize seasonal orders and own COTA/OTIF reporting with variance analysis and improvement actions.
  • •Manage RFC updates, gap analysis, and action planning to meet targets.
  • •Allocate stock to orders using SAP and control systems and manage delivery note creation and execution with channels.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent education required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • •SAP knowledge.
  • •Fluent English (written and oral) with excellent communication skills.
