Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workstreams on projects across different business units using AI, project management, and insurance industry knowledge.
  • •Support scaling and implementation of AI-driven project management methodologies and tools aligned with Allianz strategic goals.
  • •Contribute to business development and client pitches by developing strategic proposals under an Engagement Manager’s guidance.
  • •Provide support to existing clients, manage key accounts, and help coach junior project team members.
  • •Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to continuously improve Allianz Consulting’s capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • •3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • •Native German speaker or C1 level German; English proficiency required.
  • •Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in AI frameworks and AI-powered project management tools, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
