Key Responsibilities

•Lead workstreams on projects across different business units using AI, project management, and insurance industry knowledge.
•Support scaling and implementation of AI-driven project management methodologies and tools aligned with Allianz strategic goals.
•Contribute to business development and client pitches by developing strategic proposals under an Engagement Manager’s guidance.
•Provide support to existing clients, manage key accounts, and help coach junior project team members.
•Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to continuously improve Allianz Consulting’s capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
•3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
•Native German speaker or C1 level German; English proficiency required.
•Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends.
•Demonstrated expertise in AI frameworks and AI-powered project management tools, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
