Job Summary

Lead the Footwear Creation Hub for adidas, owning the calendar and project planning to deliver seasonal objectives for the SPEED team and late-add projects for the Lifestyle Footwear business. Partner with Product Creation and Sourcing teams to drive development excellence, build product concepts aligned to consumer expectations and target costing, manage risks/opportunities, and ensure product information systems are maintained and enhanced while supporting strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Footwear Creation Hub responsibilities, ensuring successful product development and delivery against seasonal objectives.
•Own calendar and project planning for key-accounts SMU requests and off-calendar Late-Add projects.
•Develop new product concepts that exceed consumer expectations while meeting target costing.
•Build industry-leading speed and service models to align with market needs.
•Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities/risks, enable decisions, and maintain product information systems.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Four-year college/university degree, preferably in Marketing/Business (or equivalent education and/or experience).
•Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
•Experience in footwear marketing and or development.
•Proven management skills to coordinate cross-functional partners and resources (internal and external).
•Strong skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheet).
