Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and complex planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • •Repair HVAC components including hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and DOAS units.
  • •Review Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) reports by 3rd-party contractors.
  • •Maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure thermal comfort and remotely diagnose issues.
  • •Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd-party contractors/service providers.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • •HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications.
  • •MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity.
  • •Verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to travel from site to site when needed.
