Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Government’s single focal point for IT design, implementation, and coordination, acting as the primary technical liaison across CMS/CCIIO and contractor leadership.
  • •Direct and manage GDIT contract performance, exceeding SLAs, KPIs, and CPAR outcomes.
  • •Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance for all personnel, including subcontractors/teaming partners.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent projects and releases by managing scope, schedule, resources, risk, and delivery quality across distributed teams.
  • •Drive Agile governance and continuous improvement, including KPI dashboards/reporting, LOE estimates and impact analyses, and modernization efforts across cloud/platform operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT program/project management, including leadership of large-scale government or enterprise programs with distributed teams.
  • •Managerial experience in a mission-critical technical environment with a significant number of direct staff.
  • •8+ years of experience managing CMS programs/projects, including experience with CMS/CCIIO, Affordable Care Act (ACA) operations and/or No Surprises Act (NSA).
  • •Demonstrated Agile experience across the full development lifecycle, including proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical information for senior client stakeholders and willingness/ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
