Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of complex delegated authority facilities and MGA relationships, including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and actions.
  • •Support ongoing monitoring and governance of delegated authority portfolios by tracking performance, premium development, claims activity, exposures, and authority utilization.
  • •Partner with Underwriting to understand portfolio performance and risk considerations, identify emerging issues, and escalate appropriately.
  • •Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional and external initiatives, including due diligence, compliance, governance, and operational readiness requirements.
  • •Coordinate operational support for premium and claims booking, bordereaux processing, reporting requirements, and resolution of data/operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with delegated authority, MGAs, underwriting operations, or portfolio management.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial underwriting fundamentals, risk assessment, and risk mitigation (direct underwriting experience beneficial but not required).
  • •Demonstrated project management experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple functions.
  • •Strong understanding of MGA/carrier relationships and delegated authority structures.
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines with strong stakeholder management and escalation judgment.
