R&D Technician (m/w/d)

Conduct lab-scale polymerization experiments and formulate prototype adhesives and coatings for the Performance Polymer Division. Plan and execute experiments, perform application and analysis tests using established procedures, and maintain complete, accurate lab documentation and electronic data files. Observe tests for failure modes and key events, handle and train on test equipment, and follow standard operating instructions and safety requirements while keeping the lab organized.
