Job Summary

Drive sales performance for a high-priority territory by managing wholesaler relationships and retail execution. Partner with an area General Manager to set priorities, build business and trimester plans, manage volume and distribution goals, and develop CTF investment strategies. Recommend market pricing changes, oversee inventory and supply chain execution, support new product rollouts, and lead volume-driving initiatives through training, planning, and performance reviews.

•Manage and direct a group of wholesaler partners, including training and development and use of point-of-sale materials.
•Develop annual and trimester sales planning goals for volume and distribution, conduct planning meetings, and run monthly business reviews with wholesaler management.
•Identify market business development opportunities and execute ABP/Trimester planning to activate national sales priorities, including CTF initiatives.
•Make pricing recommendations, communicate approved price changes, and ensure target PTR/PTC execution and new product market-level pricing recommendations.
•Oversee volume-driving initiatives and supply chain execution, ensuring adequate inventory levels and addressing product aging/code-date issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the CPG business.
•Minimum 3 years of consumer product sales and sales management experience.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail programs such as IBM Lotus Notes.
•Ability to use business information reporting tools (Cognos 7/8) and sales reporting tools (Retail Vision).
•Ability to travel at least 30% of working time.
