Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on with engineering via coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
  • •Break ambiguous product/technical problems into engineering solutions and execution plans, including architecture trade-offs.
  • •Set high standards for code quality, testing, security, observability, and reliability; monitor production, investigate incidents, and resolve root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and shipping production software systems.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong system design and architecture skills, including making technical decisions for complex/high-scale systems.
  • •Strong hands-on coding ability with experience debugging complex issues tied to production systems.
  • •Proven technical leadership through leading major engineering projects, reviewing code, and mentoring other engineers.
