Build and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards to turn Business Development data into actionable insights. •Perform ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics to support Business Development organizational needs.
•Plan, manage, and deliver operational programs that improve engagement and effectiveness with technology partners.
•Serve as the analytical backbone for the US-based Business Development team while collaborating with India-based Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
