Handle client transactions with accuracy while delivering a high-quality service experience and identifying clients’ financial needs. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities by spotting opportunities, fulfilling needs, or referring clients to the right specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
