Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites (up to 300 devices per FTE) including user support processes, customer relations, and IT asset management.
  • •Support L1/L2 standard workstation deployment and support; provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
  • •Troubleshoot and install/repair hardware and manage application/software issues, including printer and multi-function device management and backup/restore.
  • •Support network/servers by configuring LAN switches and access points (wired and wireless), maintaining network documentation, and administering server activities like patching and updates.
  • •Communicate upcoming changes, implement best practices, support end-user training, and document knowledge base/procedures while aligning operations with global IT standards and security policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.
  • •Good knowledge of configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • •Ability to provide support for server virtualization environments.
  • •Any Windows/Cisco certifications are a plus; ITIL Foundations is desirable.
