Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining service standards.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
