Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • •Perform routine duties including identifying, troubleshooting, repairing irregular conditions, and following up on work orders.
  • •Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
  • •Maintain Perrysburg building and grounds facilities, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs and small projects.
  • •Assist with office moves, installation of signage and safety equipment, and coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and department liaisons as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, or trade experience with 3 years in a manufacturing setting, or 3+ years with an Associates Degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Broad experience with commercial building utility power, air compressors, emergency generators, plumbing, fire detection, and facility systems.
  • •Knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment with electrical controls.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an ability to work with tools to accomplish repairs.
  • •Knowledge of LOTO management requirements and ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
