Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day supervision of the Truck Shop department in coordination with the Live Haul Manager.
  • •Manage employees and equipment; assign, complete, and inspect all work orders and oversee shop work.
  • •Ensure vehicles and equipment inspections are completed timely and comply with DOT regulations; continuously monitor maintenance schedules.
  • •Use D7i to order and maintain parts inventory and to track equipment units.
  • •Prepare reports and paperwork, including a daily roster report for attendance and filing documentation when jobs are finished.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in truck shop operations.
  • •CDL license and an acceptable driving record.
  • •Demonstrated vehicle maintenance skills and ability to ensure vehicles/equipment are in safe working condition.
  • •Ability to use D7i efficiently and work in Microsoft Outlook; able to read and respond to emails.
  • •Ability to read and write in English and make decisions under pressure while managing employee performance using Progressive Discipline Policy.
