Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor in Scots or English law
  • •Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and technology law (law firm and/or in-house)

  • •Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in an international environment
  • •Fluent English with strong communication skills (French and/or Spanish is a plus)
