Job Summary

Own the customer experience from estimate through on-site delivery for assigned sales orders at the Hancock facility. Lead kickoff and scheduling with production to align with customer ship dates in AX, coordinate engineering and submittals approvals, and act as the primary contact for customers and vendors. Monitor costs, compliance, and progress, proactively solve issues, manage change order proposals, and coordinate site visits and delivery with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and manage the customer experience from estimate to on-site delivery.
•Manage multiple sales orders concurrently, including turnover/kickoff meetings, scope review, and scheduling with production to align with customer ship dates in AX.
•Coordinate engineering, approval of submittals, transportation, procurement, and accounting across the project lifecycle.
•Monitor project progress and status, proactively problem-solve, and remove obstacles that may impact schedule.
•Prepare change order proposals, manage required submittals/approvals, and coordinate site visits and issue resolution as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; civil engineering preferred.
•3+ years of project management experience.
•Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
•Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
