Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and manage the customer experience from estimate to on-site delivery.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently, including turnover/kickoff meetings, scope review, and scheduling with production to align with customer ship dates in AX.
  • •Coordinate engineering, approval of submittals, transportation, procurement, and accounting across the project lifecycle.
  • •Monitor project progress and status, proactively problem-solve, and remove obstacles that may impact schedule.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, manage required submittals/approvals, and coordinate site visits and issue resolution as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; civil engineering preferred.
