•Teach core pharmaceutical industry knowledge including drug development, clinical trials, pharmaceutical research, medication knowledge, and regulatory compliance
•Guide students through certification requirements relevant to their career path
•Support career development activities including resume review, interview preparation, and salary negotiation
•Advise freelancers and independent consultants on freelancing and networking strategy
•Set and deliver virtual coaching sessions while partnering with the team to maintain a high-quality experience

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience
•Ability to break down complex scientific and regulatory topics in a structured way
•Experience guiding learners through career preparation including resume review and interview prep
•Ability to host virtual sessions and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality experience
