Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend solutions for client and prospect management company operating needs and fund investment strategies.
  • •Review client activity to address liquidity needs and streamline processes such as fund reporting/reconciliation and capital calls/investments/distributions.
  • •Prepare for client meetings and maintain ongoing relationship plans to support retention and growth.
  • •Lead discussions on fund set-ups and structures, cash management services, and digital platforms.
  • •Gather onboarding information (including product selection and KYC data) and coordinate with central onboarding teams; act as escalation point for onboarding issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Private Equity/Venture Capital, fund services, or similar.
  • •Experience in relationship management/support, client service, investor services, onboarding/implementation, or similar.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience supporting VC/PE fund structures (GP/management company, SPVs, multiple fund entities).
  • •Familiarity with KYC/onboarding workflows and cash management products (payments, online banking, FX).
