Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement safety programs in accordance with Federal OSHA regulations and site policies for Tolleson.
  • •Conduct and/or monitor training programs for OSHA subparts and maintain compliance through inspections and corrective action follow-up.
  • •Investigate accidents and work-related injuries/illnesses, determine causes, recommend corrective actions, and report serious incidents per OSHA requirements.
  • •Direct and administer special safety operations, including workplace hazard analyses, safety reviews of construction/modified facilities, and updates to safety SOPs.
  • •Lead the Safety Team and administer workers’ compensation, return-to-work, ergonomic, and environmental protection programs; maintain occupational health and safety records.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Occupational Safety or related field preferred, or 5-10 years’ relevant experience.
  • •Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
  • •Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, EPA, and other government regulations.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills; CSP or CIH certification preferred or ability to obtain.
