Job Summary

Build and deliver enterprise-grade manageability solutions for secure remote configuration, monitoring, diagnostics, provisioning, and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop enterprise manageability features across firmware, BIOS/UEFI, operating systems, device drivers, management agents, and cloud-connected services.
•Develop high-performance system software using C/C++ for Windows and Linux platforms.
•Implement remote provisioning, telemetry, health monitoring, diagnostics, and device lifecycle management capabilities.
•Design secure client-server communication mechanisms between managed endpoints and management consoles.
•Perform debugging and root-cause analysis across firmware, drivers, operating systems, cloud services, and applications.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of software development experience in systems software, firmware, embedded systems, or platform software.
•Strong programming skills in C/C++ with expertise in multi-threaded and system-level development.
•Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux internals, including system services, process/thread management, memory management, and device drivers.
•Experience with debugging tools including log analysis, crash dump analysis, performance profiling, and system tracing.
•Knowledge of enterprise device management, provisioning workflows, telemetry systems, remote diagnostics, and software update frameworks.
