Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all job duties are performed safely and professionally, following chain of command and reporting to the Production Supervisor or experienced Operator.
  • •Assist with manufacturing duties including line setup, start-up, scrap-control, quality checks, and packing out finished product.
  • •Complete all required paperwork and immediately inform the supervisor of maintenance, quality, resin, housekeeping, safety, or production issues.
  • •Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, including compliance with OSHA and company housekeeping rules.
  • •Communicate with co-workers about problems and activities, and fill in for the Operator in their absence based on development and experience level.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English, including following oral and written instructions.
  • •Ability to perform functional math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and accurately read a tape measure.
  • •Ability to meet physical demands of a production environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating production equipment.
  • •Ability to execute directions from operators and/or supervisors and keep up with moderate-speed production machines.
