Job Summary

Oversee Third-Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services execution for Tier 1–4 suppliers, ensuring TPSM compliance with contract requirements and driving process improvements using lean manufacturing concepts. Manage TPSM-related issues, coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with TPSM providers, and collaborate with Raytheon Procurement, factory, and program teams to ensure purchase orders meet contractual obligations. Summarize post–purchase order documentation and prepare briefings/reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Third-Party Supplier Management (TPSM) services execution and drive process improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing concepts and principles.
•Lead highly complex TPSM relationship issues (Tier 1–4) and oversee TPSM compliance with contract requirements.
•Coordinate and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with TPSM service providers.
•Collaborate with TPSM service providers and Raytheon Procurement, factory, and program offices to ensure purchase orders meet contractual obligations.
•Analyze post purchase order documentation and provide summaries and prepare briefings/reports for relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, and/or data management.
•Use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) to support reporting and documentation.
•U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.
•Experience working within a Third-Party Supplier Management environment.
•Ability to handle high-paced, complex environments with multiple competing internal and external customers.
