  • •Build and operationalize scalable legal templates, guardrails, and playbooks to streamline multi-jurisdiction launches and reduce cycle time.
  • •Support regulatory authority inquiries, enforcement matters, advertising/promotion compliance, and global trade compliance (export controls, sanctions, customs classification, ECCN, dual-use analysis, and restricted-party screening).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of legal experience advising on international expansion and global privacy and/or product regulatory matters.
  • •Comfort translating complex multi-regional legal requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.
  • •J.D. and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (or international equivalent in a common law jurisdiction).
  • •Strong working knowledge of major global privacy frameworks and cross-border transfer mechanisms, plus familiarity with international consumer and marketing law.
  • •Experience building scalable legal processes (templates, playbooks, SLAs), communicating with regulators, and managing outside counsel across regions.
