Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in a digital manufacturing environment, including familiarity with MES, ERP, and PLM systems and their interfaces with operations.
  • •Strong user empathy and the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • •Ability to quickly understand current operations and potential product line issues and communicate in the language of operations.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
