Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on the most complex Workday configuration work, designing multi-component solutions across modules
  • •Partner with HR and business leaders to shape requirements and scope, and address unclear scope
  • •Set standards for how Workday tools are used (business process framework, condition rules, calculated fields, reports/dashboards, security configuration, and EIBs) and review others’ designs
  • •Develop frameworks for configuration, data management, and permissioning to reduce data-privacy risk and engineering toil
  • •Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and drive release management (impact assessment, regression strategy, adoption)

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration
  • •Deep, hands-on expertise across 3+ Workday modules (HCM required)
  • •Ownership of ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives from problem definition through delivery
  • •Experience setting standards and mentoring other analysts
  • •Excellent stakeholder communication, including the ability to steer requirements conversations and push back when scope is unclear
