Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and track testing requests for Apparel and Accessories materials and finished products in the testing platform, ensuring required eTRFs are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Coordinate with assigned in-house certified laboratories and nominated third-party laboratories, monitoring timely completion and uploading of test results.
  • •Review test reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; identify exceptions/failures and support corrective actions and retest request workflows.
  • •Issue test report dispositions (approval/hold/rejection) based on results and established requirements to support shipment decisions; maintain documentation for traceability.
  • •Support training for internal stakeholders and external partners on testing requirements, processes, and platform use; provide testing data and insights to standard setting teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Textiles, Product Compliance, or a related field.
  • •Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in material or product testing, quality, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Experience working with vendors, factories, material suppliers, or laboratories is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of testing requests, report review, corrective actions, and disposition support workflows.
