Job Summary

Coordinate apparel and accessories material and product testing by setting up and tracking eTRFs in a testing platform, routing complete requests to certified in-house and third-party laboratories, and monitoring result uploads. Review test reports for completeness and compliance, support corrective actions and retest approvals, and issue report dispositions to enable shipment decisions. Provide stakeholder training and share testing data and insights to standard-setting teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and track apparel and accessories testing requests in the testing platform using eTRFs.
•Ensure applicants complete required eTRFs accurately and on time, and verify request completeness before routing to laboratories.
•Coordinate with in-house certified and third-party laboratories; monitor upload of complete test results and follow up on missing/delayed information.
•Review test reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; identify exceptions/failures and support corrective actions and retest requests.
•Issue test report dispositions, communicate approval/hold/rejection decisions, and provide training plus testing data and insights to standard-setting teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Textiles, Product Compliance, or a related field.
•Equivalent relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•1-2 years of relevant experience in material or product testing, quality, product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or a related field (preferred).
•Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and workflows for testing requests, report review, corrective actions, and disposition support.
•Experience working with vendors, factories, material suppliers, or laboratories (preferred).
