Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily security operations and ensure security personnel coverage across posts, gates, patrols, reception, and assigned areas.
  • •Implement post orders, SOPs, access control, visitor management procedures, and security instructions from the Security Manager.
  • •Confirm attendance, shift handover, and team readiness at the start and end of each shift.
  • •Monitor security performance, conduct post inspections, verify patrol activity, and correct compliance or documentation gaps.
  • •Lead initial response to incidents/emergencies and escalate as required; prepare daily reports and support investigations with confidential statements and access records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in security operations in industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or large-scale facility environments, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Experience with access control, visitor management, patrolling, incident reporting, and security contractor coordination.
  • •Preferred: security, safety, emergency response, first aid, or crisis management certifications.
  • •Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be available for urgent operational requirements.
  • •Background in corporate security, military, law enforcement, or industrial security is an advantage.
