Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the BD pipeline for MWS RWA tokenization clients, including real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, and institutional originators.
  • •Drive interest and own the full BD cycle from initial qualification through to signed MWS service agreements.
  • •Develop account plans for target RWA issuers.
  • •Collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead to translate client requirements and support deal structuring.
  • •Represent Mintlayer at relevant real estate finance, infrastructure investment, and tokenization industry events and brief leadership on market feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in real estate finance, structured finance, or alternative asset management.
  • •Relationships with REIT managers, real estate family offices, or infrastructure funds.

  • •Ability to operate across TradFi and blockchain-native counterparties without friction.
  • •Experience translating client requirements into deal structures via a BD process.
