Job Summary

Own the business development pipeline for Mintlayer’s MWS real-world asset (RWA) tokenization clients, driving interest and qualifying prospects through to signed service agreements. Develop account plans for target RWA issuers and collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead to translate client needs into deal structuring. Represent Mintlayer at industry events and brief product leadership with market feedback to shape the tokenization roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the BD pipeline for MWS RWA tokenization clients, including real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, and institutional originators.
•Drive interest and own the full BD cycle from initial qualification through to signed MWS service agreements.
•Develop account plans for target RWA issuers.
•Collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead to translate client requirements and support deal structuring.
•Represent Mintlayer at relevant real estate finance, infrastructure investment, and tokenization industry events and brief leadership on market feedback.
