Key Responsibilities

•Provide design and technical leadership for electrical building services within MEP teams across healthcare projects
•Supervise detailed design production and ensure adherence to client requirements and internal KPI’s
•Direct the feasibility studies and lead the production of detailed/performance specifications
•Act as the client’s key contact for project delivery and lead cross-disciplinary coordination
•Manage and mentor junior staff, briefing project teams and ensuring contracts/letters of intent are in place before work starts
