Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design and technical leadership for electrical building services within MEP teams across healthcare projects
  • •Supervise detailed design production and ensure adherence to client requirements and internal KPI’s
  • •Direct the feasibility studies and lead the production of detailed/performance specifications
  • •Act as the client’s key contact for project delivery and lead cross-disciplinary coordination
  • •Manage and mentor junior staff, briefing project teams and ensuring contracts/letters of intent are in place before work starts
