Job Summary

Develop and promote continuous improvement on-site (IWS) to improve Safety, Quality, Costs, Lead Times, and Environment. In collaboration with site leadership, define and deploy the site performance improvement strategy, lead cross-functional improvement projects with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality, and build a strong sharing of best practices. Coach and form teams, strengthening their skills and adoption of tools, while collaborating with Lean leaders at Group level.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and promote the continuous improvement approach on-site (IWS) to improve Safety, Quality, Costs, Lead Times, and Environment.
•With the leadership team, establish and implement the site performance improvement strategic plan.
•Coordinate and facilitate improvement initiatives supporting operational functions (Production, Supply Chain, Quality).
•Structure, develop, and drive best-practice sharing.
•Coach and train teams, ensuring adoption of tools and development of competencies.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent.
•Experience leading Lean Management in industrial environments focused on continuous improvement and Lean (e.g., automotive or process).
•Strong background in performance improvement and knowledge of standardization and progress approaches.
•Ability to support and coordinate operational functions (Production, Supply Chain, Quality) on improvement projects.
•Fluent English.
