Lead the regional Microsoft Power Apps domain across EMEA by shaping a new Center of Excellence from the ground up. Design scalable, secure Power Apps solutions, define governance, standards, and operating processes, and coordinate initiatives across multiple countries. Act as a trusted technical advisor to local teams and Corporate IT, drive reuse across overlapping needs, and oversee applications from project mode into stable operations and support.

Key Responsibilities

•Design fit-for-purpose Microsoft Power Apps solutions that meet business needs and can scale across EMEA.
•Act as the regional technical lead and trusted advisor for Microsoft Power Apps.
•Oversee and coordinate ongoing Power Apps initiatives across EMEA, including monitoring the regional application landscape.
•Define and establish Power Apps standards, workflows, governance model, and operating processes.
•Support local functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.), coordinate with Corporate IT, and guide applications into stable operations and support.

Key Requirements

•Educational background in Information Technology, Software Architecture, System Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
•Consulting and architecture skills to translate business needs into structured technical solutions.
•Minimum 10 years of software development experience and application lifecycle management (design through operations and support).
•Experience coordinating stakeholders across countries, functions, and IT teams in an international environment.
