Job Summary

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve the Mortgage and Home Equity origination experience. Lead product visioning, OKRs, and end-to-end lifecycle management while partnering with business, technology, data science, operations, risk, and governance teams. Use customer and business data to prioritize features/epics, define outcomes, drive adoption, ensure compliance, and measure impact of AI initiatives.

•Define product vision, charter, and roadmap by identifying and prioritizing product/portfolio opportunities across business, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy.
•Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements and define product outcomes and OKRs.
•Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive delivery using agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners.
•For technical products, understand technical features, technical debt reduction, and modernization needs with expertise in product technology.
•Partner across teams to develop business cases, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, drive organizational adoption, and measure AI initiative impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,820 - 149,200 annually
