  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Build daily client relationships and resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • •In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports and support action plans focusing on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Support sales floor coverage and guest-facing initiatives; educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
