CCTV Operator / Incident Coordinator

Serve as the communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts, calmly coordinating information with venue management. Monitor venue CCTV across events, log incidents, and investigate/resolve complaints through camera footage. Handle two-way radio communications for security, medical, and police, prioritize calls by urgency, and relay requests to the appropriate departments while maintaining detailed logs and records. Part-time and seasonal with evening and weekend availability.
