Key Responsibilities

•Review and coordinate architectural design with other disciplines to ensure constructability and QA compliance.
•Direct reports include Senior Architects, Architect, CAD/BIM staff; manage performance and on-site guidance.
•Review contractor submissions and respond to RFIs in a timely manner to keep projects on track.
•Prepare and issue responses to RFI’s and instructions on-site; provide technical advice to Resident Engineer/Project Manager.
•Preside over site meetings, monitor QA documentation, and ensure records and handover documentation are complete.

Key Requirements

•AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Arch are mandatory
•BIM knowledge (Revit, Navisworks) and Excel proficiency
•Experience with American codes and BS codes
•Effective communication and ability to lead/discover cross-disciplinary coordination
•Ability to review design, coordinate disciplines, and supervise site staff
