Lead strategic ERP transformations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform and Copilot. Drive early qualification through won proposals, align executive stakeholders, and craft end-to-end ERP solutions with integration, migration and delivery considerations to create measurable value and a credible project kick-off.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic sales opportunities from early qualification through to successful quote closure and coordinate with executive stakeholders to build credible transformation visions.
•Design and articulate end-to-end ERP solutions based on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, augmented by Power Platform and Copilot, considering integration, migration and transformation needs.
•Collaborate at the intersection of sales, solution design and delivery, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to advance high-value customer opportunities.
•Develop compelling demos, value propositions and customer narratives that translate complex requirements into clear business value.
•Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Avanade’s ERP offering through thought leadership and reusable assets to strengthen market position.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain with deep understanding of end-to-end ERP processes in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
•Proven track record guiding complex, stakeholder-driven Sales opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions.
•Able to lead Discovery workshops and communicate persuasively with executives in English and, when needed, the local language.
•Strong knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns and delivery aspects; able to qualify, shape and translate deals into executable outcomes.
•Proactive, curious, team-oriented, and able to influence without formal authority; capable of translating new D365 and Copilot features into tangible client benefits.
