Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior Product Development Manager to deliver revenue growth by driving end-to-end product execution, onboarding, and governance for robust due diligence, controls, and customer outcomes.
  • •Drive day-to-day delivery of discretionary and alternatives product solutions and support system enhancement roadmaps.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of discretionary solutions/alternative funds across distribution channels, including requirements, documentation, approvals, implementation, and launch readiness.
  • •Support the proposition with due diligence, governance, timely escalation of issues and risks.
  • •Enable commercialization and channel readiness (sales materials, training coordination, operational readiness, and post-launch issue management) and support ongoing monitoring with periodic review packs and management information.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience coordinating product launches or onboarding across multiple channels, including requirements capture, documentation, approvals, implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
  • •Product governance, due diligence, and a control mindset.
  • •Working knowledge of product due diligence and governance processes with the discipline to escalate risks and exceptions quickly and clearly.
  • •Strong project coordination and stakeholder management to drive day-to-day delivery with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Tech, and distribution channels.
  • •Experience producing monitoring packs and management information, plus commercialization and channel readiness enablement.
