Lead day-to-day store operations for Vans, partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive exceptional customer engagement, merchandising standards, and operational excellence. Coach and develop associates, support sales goal performance using key performance indicators, and help maximize store profitability. Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory and stockroom flow, loss prevention practices, and training/onboarding, while fostering an inclusive, positive store environment and community engagement.
